The FIND-R-SCOPE® 85300-5 is a self-contained, hand-held Ultraviolet viewer operating in the deep UV thru near-infrared region of the spectrum. A high-resolution image converter tube, and high voltage power supply combine with UV grade optics to permit a clear view of objects or images which can not otherwise be seen by the naked eye.

The FIND-R-SCOPE® has a wide variety of applications in many different industries. These applications are further expanded by taking advantage of the available accessories. (See right border for the most popular accessories for this unit.) The optional close-up lens allows for viewing within 2" to align and verify fiber optic sources. The infrared filters increase the signal-to-noise ratio by blocking visible light while inspecting infrared emitting diodes, aligning laser systems and examining art and other historic or legal documents.

Other applications include low light surveillance, biological research, electrical maintenance, hot-spot detection, clinical medicine, and viewing in photographic darkrooms.

The FIND-R-SCOPE® 85726 is a Visible to Short-Wavelength Infrared camera operating in the 400-2200nm region of the electromagnetic spectrum. The camera includes an On-Board Electronic Viewfinder. These cameras utilize proven infrared viewing technology. The high resolution infrared vidicon tube CCTV camera generates a clear view of objects, sources & images which cannot otherwise be seen with the naked eye.

The camera can be easily mounted on a standard tripod. No external processing box is required. The video image can be viewed on any monitor that accepts a video input. The camera video output can be fed directly to a video recorder, or to a computer via a standard image acquisition card (frame grabber card).

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:

Alignment of Beams from Invisible Sources Use camera to align beams from invisible sources such as lasers and LEDs emitting in the invisible Near-IR region.

Light Intensity in the Near-Infrared Region View light intensity of infrared light sources such as infrared LEDs, and transmission characteristics of optical fibers.

Surveillance and Covert Observation Use with IR light source for surveillance in low light and darkrooms conditions.

Microscopy Camera can be mounted to a microscope for applications such as detecting internal IC defects and biomedical observations.

External Processing After capturing video via a video capture device, third party software can be utilized for further image processing.

Biological Detect unseen bruising in fruits. See indications of plant diseases invisible to the naked eye. Detect the presence of small insects not apparent due to small size and protective coloration.

Document Examination and Forgery Detection Infrared viewers can help with deciphering of erased markings, detection of alterations or overwriting, restoration on certain inks removed by abrasion or bleaching and other forgery methods.

Electronic Industry Applications Detect stress patterns in silicon crystals and various semiconductor wafer materials. Study of gaseous lasers.

Industrial Applications Detect flaws not visible to the naked eye. Infrared penetrates many dyes and pigments used in textiles and various paints and coatings.

Fine Art Analysis and Authentication Using Infrared Refrectography can allow viewers to look beneath the surface of a painting or look through years of soot and dust accumulation and to see beneath layers of darkened varnish or over glazing. This often allows the conservator to view under drawings and modifications that are invisible to the naked eye.

CR4000x2 a full-HD Camera at 800 Frames/Sec

The new high-speed camera CR4000x2 completes the successfull CR-series.

The 4 Megapixel sensor used inside the CR4000x2 provides HD recording with extraordinary image resolution and color fidelity. At full-HD resolution of 1920x1080 pixel a frame rate of up to 800 fps is possible. At full sensor resolution of 2304x1720 pixel the frame rate is still 500 fps.

 Sequence recording can either be triggered by using an intelligent image processing algorithm or by a converntionel electrical trigger signal. Pre- and post-trigger features make sure not to miss an event independen when its occurance can be detected. Together with the TimeBench software a powerfull tool for the analysis and storage of  high-speed sequences is available.

The CR4000x2 can be provided with different memory sizes (2, 4 und 8 GB) as monochrome or color version. The standard Nikon F-mount can be replaced by a C-mount.

CR3000x2

The CR3000x2 high-speed camera features a very flexible and fast image sensor. The maximum resolution of 1696 x 1710 pixel allow recordings with 540 fps. With resolution reduction in X and Y direction this system allows a significant increase in speed. With 500 x 500 Pixel it reachs 5000 fps. This allows a maximum in flexibility for many different applications.

    * Measurement applications

    * Process analysis in machine building and production

    * Material testing

    * Broadcasting

The high quality machining as well as the rugged aluminum housing allows to use the camera in rough environments. The control of the camera is done via the TimeBench user software, which is easy-to-use. This allows untrained users to take sequences within a very short time.
