Dalsa Genie HM640

The Genie HM640 offers unprecedented high speed image acquisition with uncomprimised signal-to-noise ratio, significantly optimizing the opportunity for increased yield. DALSA's proprietary sensor technology allows for image capture rates of 300 fps in VGA resolution while maintaining exceptional image quality. The Genie HM640's gigabit Ethernet interface takes full advantage of this Genie's high frame rate by transmitting data over standard CAT-5e and CAT-6 cables to distances of up to 100m.

Dalsa Genie HM1400/XDR

Similar to the Genie HM640 with large pixels of 7.4 µm but 64 fps at a resolution of 1400 x 1024 with an extended dynamic range.

Dalsa Pantera 22M04

The Pantera 22M04 camera provides 22 megapixels at 3.6 fps and delivers the highest possible image quality through a camera link interface, with lower dark current, lower noise, and higher dynamic range than competitive products. With 5344 x 4008 pixels, 9 µm x 9 µm in size, large field of views can be captured with the ability to resolve very small defects. For example, the camera examining a solar cell that is 180 mm x 180 mm in size can capture in one image the entire solar cell and resolve approximately 45 µm defects with one pixel. In addition, the 100% optical fill factor, 12 bit digitization, and antiblooming allow the camera to produce incredibly detailed images exceeding 63 dB in dynamic range, ensuring high quality inspection.

Dalsa Piranha HS 4k, 110 kHz

The linescan Piranha HS camera family represents DALSA's latest generation of high sensitivity, TDI based cameras. With a maximum line rate of 110 kHz and throughput up to 640 MHz, the Piranha HS HS-82-04Kx0 provides the fastest speed available in a TDI camera. Camera alignment is also made easier with the selectable area mode of operation.
Camera configuration is extremely flexible and the number of Camera Link taps, throughput, and line rate are all software controllable.
The camera is capable of bidirectionality with up to 48 stages of selectability, while preventing overexposure with antiblooming.

DALSA Spyder3 Color 4k, 9 khz GigE

DALSA’s Spyder3 Color is a color line scan camera based on the successful Spyder3 dual line scan monochrome model. This camera provides high color fidelity, flexibility, and a low cost solution with its Gigabit Ethernet GigE interface. The Spyder3 Color has the red and blue color pixels alternating in one line and all the green pixels in the other line with no spacing between the lines. The camera offers several color output format options, including RGB, RG/BG, or G only to meet different imaging requirements.
This camera also incorporates advanced features such as flat field correction, automatic white balance, and is pre-calibrated to light sources such as white LEDs, for ease of use.

DALSA Piranha Color 2k, 32 kHz

Piranha Color cameras deliver superb color fidelity at the fastest line rates and highest resolutions in the industry. DALSA’s RGB trilinear sensor eliminates artifacts associated with prism cameras by placing a separate row of pixels for each color on a single sensor die. DALSA’s advanced design minimizes distance between rows (equivalent to three pixels center to center) to minimize image artifacts due to synchronization.
The result is higher quality images at higher speed. With a single power supply and Camera Link interface, the camera is both easy to use and powerful, offering programmable gains and offsets for each color.

MATRIX VISION's mvBlueCOUGAR-P is a compact industrial Gigabit Ethernet camera with a powerful PowerPC processor.
