Welcome to Imago Group Benelux, a value added distributor of unified video communications working with a network of certified resellers.
Imago has retained core beliefs from those early days that still determine what we do today:
- We believe in video communications as a long-term business which brings huge advantages to customers in terms of improved productivity, reduction of travel cost and of carbon emissions
- We believe in quality, of both products and services, which is why we have invested time and effort in winning ISO9000 accreditation and retaining it for more than ten years
- We believe in people which is why we spend hundreds of thousands of euros each year on training new and existing people
- We believe that the video communications business is international which is why we have established subsidiaries in eight countries with plans for more to come
These core values have helped us to grow from a start-up with just four people to a multinational business of 120 people and more than €70 million in sales.
We are focused on Video Communication because we believe strongly in the market – that it will generate long-term growth. There are many forms of communication such as email, chat and the phone, but video + audio is the only one that allows us to see if people are paying attention, to get feedback, to assess response to what we are saying.
