Formed in August 2002, Impromp2u is the managed services division of    Imago Group plc.  Our business is to provide managed services to the reseller community.

For example, use Impromp2u to supplement your own skill sets and services portfolio to develop new business opportunities that you may previously have not been able to. Simply pay for the service that you need, when you need it. Why tie up time and money investing in resources which you will only need for half of the time or less?

Many of our reseller partners have multi-million turnovers and have relations with many blue-chip companies. Others are very small with particular specialist skills. Our appeal therefore is to dealers and resellers of all shapes and sizes. Size does not always mean that one or more of our services will not be of use.

Alternatively, use Impromp2u as an additional resource when your own people are busy or unavailable.

Secondly, we aim to provide a range of services that allow you the reseller to generate revenue income on an ongoing basis beyond the initial hardware sale. These include iCARE Support packages and a video conference bridging service. Being part of the Imago Group, we have unique expertise of audio visual, video conferencing and video streaming platforms. This has enabled us to put together range of managed services which can cover these areas both individually, or in any combination.

Impromp2u is a Trade Only service. All our customers are in one form or another, reselling our services onto the end user. Because in some cases our service requires us to be in  contact with the end user, we will only do so with the resellers permission.

We can act as a “partner” or “agent” for the reseller, or if preferred, we can act as part of the resellers own staff, which ever suits.
Any information we become privileged to will remain confidential and not be used to benefit either Impromp2u or any other party.

Our business relies upon long-term relationships built upon trust and cooperation and without both, we would not succeed. The growth in our business since 2002 is, we trust, testament to our reseller partnerships, whether they be corporate resellers, AV or VC specialists, networking companies, education or vertical market specialists.
